The NNGYK\u2019s investigation focused on four professional, scientific, or educational events sponsored by the Company. At these events, healthcare professionals gave presentations in which the materials displayed medicinal products that are part of the Company&#8217;s portfolio.<br \/>\nThe NNGYK also objected that the Company did not invite participants in accordance with the legal requirements, given that there were participants present who did not have the necessary qualifications required by law in force. In addition, the Company failed to notify the events on multiple occasions, despite the fact that they were attended by professionals authorised to prescribe medicinal products, therefore there was a clear obligation to notify.
