Our Office
KPLI Law Firm aims to help Clients with customer-focused legal advice in their daily operations. The staff of the office provides legal advice in a dynamic collaboration, taking into account the needs of the Clients, the industry experience and the business aspects. Our primary objective is to provide our clients with day-to-day legal support in the ever-changing legal environment so that they can meet the challenges of business and respond appropriately during contracting, regulatory investigations and audit procedures. The Office intends to cooperate with clients in the long run by providing quality legal services.

The Firm provides complex labour law support facilitating the day-to-day work of the Clients’ HR managers, including the preparation of employment contracts and job descriptions related to the establishment of employment relationships, as well as their modification, including documents related to either general or management positions.

Managing Partner/Attorney at law
In 2015, she founded her own law firm, KPLI Law Kelemen Kinga Law Office. For the past 15 years, she has mainly represented clients in the fields of pharmaceutical law, advertising law and copyright, and has also been involved in the development of industry guidelines and ethical rules in the field of pharmaceutical law.
Dr. Anita Udvardi
Attorney at law
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Eötvös Loránd University and earned her LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Universität Wien. Previously, she completed post-graduate studies in legislative drafting and European law.
Dr. Lilla Zsembery
Attorney at law
Graduated in 2017 at the Faculty of Law at the University of Pécs. Studied at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, University of Applied Sciences (Faculty of Law) with Erasmus-scholarship. Gained experience as a Trainee at Kbz. Rechtsanwälte & Steuerberater Law Firm in Frankfurt Oder, Germany with ELSA Student Trainee Exchange Program-scholarship. Associate of the KPLI Law
firm since 2017. She passed the bar exam in 2022.
Dr. Daniella Szabó
Attorney at law
She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University, then she also pursued studies at the Milano-Bicocca University. For the past 20 years, she has mainly represented clients in the fields of public procurement law, real estate law and commercial law.
Kriszta Zajzon
Legal assistant
Graduated at the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism of BBS, then furthered studies and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma at Law at ELTE Postgraduate Institute of Legal Studies. Legal assistant at KPLI Law Firm since 2021.
